     Steve Butts #01-#04

(NOT the "Highwayman"/"Highwaymen" Country group of the 1990's:
Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson)
[Discographer note: yes, these Country megastars are listed individually
in the Index, but because they weren't smart enough to come up with
their own original band name, they legally stole their name from the
original Highwaymen. They don't deserve a link from here to their Index
entry, and their group has no entry. They also set a precedent for othe
music thieves to do the same thing. The big Country group "Blackhawk"
legally stole their name from Richard Kapusta's band.]
