Issues 1-5: The Leak - "Dedicated to exposing new music."
"The Leak" was a small (5-1/2 x 8-1/2") quarterly magazine which began publication in January 1994. A CD was included in every issue. The CD was inserted in a die-cut slot in the extra heavy paper double thick front cover. One half of the double thick back cover was perforated and could be torn out. It was an order form for a subscription, back issues, and also every CD or cassette from which each featured track was taken. There was a 1 to 4 page article about every featured artist. The magazine was shrink wrapped and mailed first class inside an envelope.

Issues 6-12: Leak CD-Magazine - "The Source for Contemporary Acoustic & Rock Music"
With Issue 6, the magazine changed to a standard 8 x 10-1/2" size and the CD's came in a separate black plastic tray with an attached cardboard cover which was snapped in place by a plastic hinge on the entire right edge of the tray. The title of the magazine and their slogan also changed.
