      This page displays First Day Covers (FDC) with General Purpose (GP) cachets created by Unknown, all with 13 blue stars in an arc over a gold U.S. Capitol Building, with 3, 2 or no red stars below the top blue line, "First Day of Issue". I have seen this cachet only on covers from
      #UX49 -- 8-30-1963 to #UX60 -- 9-16-1971 (First Day Date Order list).
One cover is addressed to Albert J. Uiszer of Bristol, PA, and the rest of the covers I have seen are unaddressed. These are not one-of-a-kind cachets, as I own #UX50 (2), UX57 (3) and #UX60 (3). Except as noted by "{A}" (my personal collection), all other displayed covers were found on the Web.
