2002 was an unusual year for the programs; I was on the air for more hours than ever, but the number of new Christmas CDs was sharply down. One result was that I played more selections from many CDs than I would have had time for in past years. Another is that I played many CDs on more than one day. Finally, I even had to go to my vault for CDs Id played in past years (something I virtually never had done).
