the 300 he received this year.
The series will include:

Christmas Record Price Guide, research editor for
Goldmine Magazine and owner of 3,400 Christmas
LPs and 45s, who will discuss the old recordings.
- Readings that will focus on the history of popular carols and
contemporary Christmas songs.
- Local music that include the seventh consecutive Oshkosh Chamber
Singers' Lessons & Carols concert and selections from new CDs
by Oshkosh North High School musical groups and St. Peter's Handbell Choir.
More than 50 CDs will be given away to listeners during the weeklong
program.
Each day's program will emphasize a particular type of holiday music.
The tentative schedule is:
Dec. 18, classical; Dec. 19, jazz and Latin;
Dec. 20, vocal and a cappella; Dec. 21, country and gospel;
Dec. 22, acoustic and folk; Dec. 23, classical; and Dec.

This year Grzyb served his third term as a national judge of seasonal
music recordings for the Association for Independent Music's Indie
awards. He'll play selections from the 2000 winner.
His column of Christmas CD reviews is tentatively set to appear in the
Dec. 16 issue of the
