      When I have time, I will index in the same way "On That Wisconsin Beat: More Wisconsin Pop/Rock/Soul/Country in the 50's & 60's", by Gary E. Myers (2006) "OTWB", and merge together all names found in one or both books on this page.

      {Cuca} = Some out-of-state recording artists have separate entries in Gary's book because they recorded on Cuca Records in Sauk City, WI. All Cuca artists with separate listings in the chapter, "The Cuca Story", pages 76-128 are noted in this way.
