I am assuming they were included with each CD. I moved in September 2000
and the only flyers I can find now are for Volumes 47-97 (all 8-1/2 x
5-1/2" printed on both sides), and just a few others for
#19,20,22,23,25,26,28 (all 8-1/2 x 11" printed on one side only).
