Select by Record Company Name

          A Fold-Over is a printed sheet usually about 7" x 14" and folded in half to serve the same purpose as a record jacket or sleeve. However, they are neither jackets nor sleeves, which are all sealed on three sides. Because it is open on three sides, the 7" record is usually placed in a plain white sleeve, tucked into the fold, and the two are placed in a standard record store 7-1/4" square plastic sleeve with no markings of any kind, and they are sold that way by the artist or the label. None are known shrink-wrapped like an LP or EP jacket. They were only used by local labels. None are known to have ever been used by any major label, Columbia, RCA, Decca, etc, or at least so far, any record company outside of the U.S.
          This page displays scans of all the Fold-Overs in my collection, listed in Record Company Name order. They are cross-referenced by State and by Artist.
          As shown above, Fold-Overs come in two formats, printed top to bottom, and left to right.
          There are unknown record companies which are still releasing 7" records, as evidenced by at least two known supply firms which currently take Fold-Over printing orders.
